About Mauldin Learning
Suzanne Anthony, Founder
Suzanne Anthony founded Mauldin Learning to give CEOs and senior leaders the extra support they need to lead with confidence. With more than two decades of experience supporting nonprofits and social impact organizations around the world, she understands how leaders are often stretched thin and in need of trusted partners to help carry the load, especially at critical inflection points. Suzanne steps in as a strategic partner, bringing trusted judgment, operational know-how, and a bias toward action to help leaders solve pressing challenges, streamline operations, and drive large-scale initiatives.
Suzanne has helped early-stage organizations get off the ground and supported large-scale growth efforts — from expanding the Teach For All network across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa to helping more than 400 U.S. schools adopt the Summit Learning program. As the first COO of I AM ALS, she built organizational infrastructure and championed patient advocacy. Earlier in her career, Suzanne taught middle school history, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Jordan, and worked in public policy in the U.S. Senate. She holds degrees from Yale University and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Based in Washington, DC, she is an active volunteer with the AFS exchange student program and an avid marathon runner.
